Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) explains how you may and may not use StealthWriter, a service of AiVantage LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”). It applies to every visitor, customer, and affiliate, and is part of our Terms and Conditions.

StealthWriter is a writing assistant. It helps people rewrite AI-assisted drafts so they read more clearly and naturally. It is not a tool for cheating, hiding authorship, or bypassing AI detection, plagiarism, academic, workplace, or platform review systems.

You may use StealthWriter to:

• Improve the clarity, phrasing, rhythm, and flow of drafts you are authorized to edit
• Review writing with the AI detector as a drafting aid, not as a guarantee about third-party detectors
• Use the service for personal or commercial writing, provided you follow this Policy, our Terms, and any school, workplace, or platform rules that apply to you

You may not use StealthWriter to:

• Misrepresent the origin or authorship of content, including presenting AI-assisted or rewritten text as solely human-written when that would be misleading
• Bypass, evade, or defeat AI-detection, plagiarism, academic, workplace, or platform review systems
• Commit academic dishonesty, cheating, or any other academic misconduct
• Spread misinformation or impersonate another person

You may not use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious purpose. That includes fraud, scams, harassment, defamation, unauthorized access to systems or accounts, and any other activity that violates applicable law.

You may not submit or generate content that:

• You do not have the right to use, including copyrighted or plagiarized material
• Infringes the intellectual property, publicity, or other rights of another person or company

You remain responsible for the content you submit and for any use or publication of the output.

You may not submit text that includes:

• Another person's personal, confidential, or private information without a lawful basis to do so
• Sensitive personal data you are not authorized to process

You may not:

• Share an account or create multiple accounts to evade limits
• Exceed or manipulate usage limits, or access the service through unauthorized automation
• Resell or redistribute the service without our written permission

If you believe someone is using StealthWriter in a deceptive, unlawful, infringing, or privacy-violating way, report it. Choose “Report abuse” on our Contact Us page or email contact@stealthwriter.ai. We typically respond within 24 hours on business days.

Submitted text is reviewed by an automated flagging system for harmful or abusive content. Accounts that submit harmful content are banned. We also review user reports and other abuse signals, including account-sharing and multi-account patterns. We may warn the user, restrict usage, suspend the account, or terminate access. We may also refuse service and cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.

Submitted text is classified by OpenAI's Moderation API. If it is flagged as harmful or abusive, the request is rejected and the account can be banned. If it is not flagged, the text is processed. We do not store submitted text.

This Policy works together with our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer. If this Policy conflicts with the Terms, the Terms control.
